This is a simple and quick variation of homemade tabouleh with couscous and mushrooms. Such oriental salads are very tasty and satisfying, and they also easily replace the main dish. This is not the most festive recipe, but a wonderful family dinner.
Ingredients
- Couscous - 100 g
- Mushrooms - 200 g
- Cilantro - 1 bundle
- Tomatoes - 2 pieces
- Onion - 1 piece
- Bell pepper - 1 piece
- Olive oil - 2 art.l.
- Chili pepper - 1 piece
- Lemon juice - 2 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Steam the couscous according to the instructions.
Chop the onion with mushrooms and fry until golden.
Chop tomatoes, chili, pepper and cilantro. Mix all the ingredients.
Season the salad with olive oil and lemon juice.
