Ingredients
- Funchosa - 300 g
- String beans - 150 g
- Hot red pepper - half a string
- Sesame oil - 1 tbsp.l .
- Rice vinegar - 2 art.l.
- Lemon juice - 2 tsp.
- Ground coriander - to taste
- Ground ginger - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Water - 2,5 l
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Put the funchosa in a saucepan, pour boiling water and cover for 5 minutes.
Flip into a colander, rinse with cold water and leave to drain all the liquid.
Chop the string beans and peeled red pepper.
Boil the string beans in salted water for 5 minutes.
Drain, cool and sprinkle with lemon juice.
Mix the funchosa, string beans and red pepper.
Separately mix the oil, vinegar, spices and salt.
Pour the dressing into the salad, mix and put it in the refrigerator for half an hour.
