Quail eggs make Caesar even more satisfying. And at the same time they perfectly decorate the dish, because they always look neat. They are cooked in the same way as chicken, but a little faster – only 3-5 minutes.
Ingredients
- Lettuce - 200 g
- Quail eggs - 4-6 pieces
- Crackers - 100 g
- Parmesan - 100 g
- Salt - 1 tsp.
- Ground black pepper - 0.5 tsp.
- Sauce (Caesar) – 80 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil the quail eggs for about 4 minutes after boiling, cool in cold water, peel and cut into slices.
Randomly chop the lettuce and put it on plates.
Put the crackers and eggs on top, and add thin slices of cheese.
Season the salad with salt and pepper, and season with Caesar before serving.
