Classic kvass is probably familiar to everyone. But today I want to offer you such an interesting option – oatmeal kvass. Firstly, everyone can cook it at home on their own, even without effort. Secondly, it is very tasty and healthy at the same time.

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Wash the oats and pour them into a clean jar.

Add sugar and raisins.

Pour cold boiled water over the shoulders and mix.

Cover the jar with gauze and seal with an elastic band.

Leave the kvass for 2 days in a warm place.

Strain it and leave it for another day.

Strain again and bottle.
