Ingredients
For Salad:
- Potatoes - 4 pieces
- Carrots - 2 pieces
- Pickled cucumbers - 3 pieces
- Avocado - 1 piece
- Green peas - 150 g
- Dill - 6 twigs
- Apples - 1 piece
- Onion - 1 piece
For refueling:
- Avocado - 1 piece
- Lemon juice - 1 art.l.
- Olive oil - 100 ml
- Sugar - 1 tsp.
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil the potatoes and carrots until tender, and let them cool completely.
Finely chop the onion and dill, and cut the remaining ingredients for the olivier into small cubes. Add the peas.
For dressing, whisk the pulp of ripe avocado with the rest of the ingredients in a blender.
