One of my favorite everyday salads when there is no time and desire for culinary feats. Fried chicken, fresh vegetables, herbs and feta – and now a full lunch or dinner is ready. The dish can be served warm or cold.
Ingredients
- Chicken fillet - 1 piece
- Spices and seasonings (for chicken) – 1 tsp.
- Soy sauce - 1 tbsp.l .
- Peking cabbage - 170 g
- Tomatoes - 2 pieces
- Bow purple - 1 piece
- Arugula - 40 g
- Feta - 70 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the chicken as small as possible and fry in a frying pan. At the very end, add the spices and soy sauce, and mix well.
Chop the Peking cabbage, cut the purple onion into feathers, and the tomatoes into circles.
Add chicken to the vegetables, garnish the salad with arugula and sprinkle with crumbled feta.
