Of all salads with beans, this one will probably be the most dietary. Of course, legumes are quite high in calories, but first of all it is a valuable protein. But tuna and celery have a minimum of calories, so the ingredients balance each other.
Ingredients
- Beans (finished) – 200 g
- Tuna - 1 bank
- Bow purple - 1 piece
- Celery - 2-3 of the stem
- Parsley - 0.5 beam
- Garlic - 2 teeth
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Thinly slice the onion, chop the garlic, celery and parsley.
Mash the tuna with a fork and mix the salad. Season to taste.
