- Squid - 4 carcasses
- Onion - 2 pieces
- Greenery (any) – 30 g
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Lemon juice - 1 art.l.
- Olive oil - 3 tbsp.l.
- Ground coriander - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Lower the squid into boiling water, boil for 2 minutes and put it on a plate.
Cut the cooled squid into thin cubes.
Peel the onion and cut into rings, chop the greens.
Mix squid, onion, herbs and garlic passed through the press.
Add salt, ground coriander, lemon juice and olive oil. Stir and put the salad in the refrigerator for 30-40 minutes.
