The combination of mushrooms, olives and pickled cucumbers is hard to call familiar and banal. Therefore, this salad will always be able to surprise your guests and loved ones. Be sure to add spices to taste: for example, paprika and black pepper.
Ingredients
- Quail eggs - 8 pieces
- Mushrooms - 300 g
- Cucumbers (pickled) – 200 g
- Olives - 2 handfuls
- Lettuce - 1 bundle
- Mayonnaise - 2 tbsp.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil hard-boiled quail eggs and cut in half.
Cut the mushrooms into strips and fry until tender.
Cut the pickled cucumbers into thin strips.
Add the olives, season the salad with a small amount of mayonnaise and put on lettuce leaves.
