This recipe takes a little time, because vegetables and mushrooms for it first need to be baked. To make them cook faster, I suggest immediately slicing them thinner and spreading them on a baking sheet in one layer.
Ingredients
- Mushrooms - 300 g
- Bell pepper - 2 pieces
- Zucchini - 2 pieces
- Bow purple - 2 pieces
- Greenery - 0.5 beam
- Basil - 1 handful
- Olives - 2 handfuls
- Olive oil - 2 art.l.
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
- Italian herbs - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Coarsely chop the mushrooms, peppers, zucchini and onions. Place on a baking sheet.
Sprinkle the vegetables with olive oil, sprinkle with spices and bake for about 15 minutes at 190 degrees.
Add chopped herbs, olives, basil leaves and mix the salad.
Add more oil and spices as needed.
