Salads with new potatoes are a special treat. They are especially good for a picnic or just for dinner. Sometimes I cook this version with tomatoes and olives for the holidays instead of the main side dish. If desired, you can serve it warm.
Ingredients
- New potatoes - 400 g
- Olives - 100 g
- Tomatoes - 2 pieces
- Greenery - 1 bundle
- Olive oil - 1 art.l.
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil the potatoes right with the skin, chop coarsely and mix with olive oil and spices.
Cut tomatoes into cubes, and olives into rings, chop the greens.
Mix all the ingredients and serve the salad immediately.
