Salad with cod liver and celery

One of the most original salads with cod liver, and not only because of celery. A special highlight is given to it by honey-mustard dressing, which is extremely rarely used with such a combination of ingredients. But here it is more than ever by the way!

Ingredients

Cod liver - 350 g
Quail eggs - 10 pieces
Parsley - 0.5 beam
Celery - 3 of the stem
Mustard - 2 art.l.
Olive oil - 2 tbsp.l.
Honey - 1 art.l.

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Boil the quail eggs for about 5 minutes after boiling and cool.

Cut them in half, finely chop the celery and chop the cod liver.

Add the parsley leaves and mix the salad.

Mix olive oil, mustard and honey, and season the dish.
