In this recipe I use two little tricks. First, I take pieces of Bulgarian pepper of different colors for a change. And secondly, I cut cucumbers not into cubes or circles, but into thin slices using a vegetable peeler.
Ingredients
- Crab sticks - 200 g
- Salad mix - 150 g
- Cucumbers - 2 pieces
- Bell pepper - 2 pieces
- Quail eggs - 4 pieces
- Olive oil - 2 tbsp.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil the quail eggs for 5 minutes after boiling and chop coarsely.
Cut cucumbers into thin slices, and pepper into strips.
Coarsely chop the crab sticks and put everything on the salad mix.
Season the salad with olive oil.
