I'm sure you haven't tried this salad yet! This is a real feast of tastes, a really special dish! To strengthen the citrus line, I add a little lemon zest. This should be done with caution, otherwise an unpleasant bitterness will appear.
Ingredients
- Beef (boiled) – 400 g
- Orange (medium) – 2 pieces
- Cheese (solid) – 150 g
- Prunes (without a bone) – 6 pieces
- Walnuts (fried) – 150 g
- Mayonnaise - 100 ml
- Lemon zest - 0,5 tsp.
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop the beef and peeled oranges.
Rinse the prunes and pour warm water for 15 minutes.
Drain the water, dry the prunes with a paper towel and finely chop.
Grate the hard cheese on a fine grater.
Lightly chop the walnuts. You can use a knife or a blender.
Mix beef, oranges, prunes and nuts.
Add lemon zest, ground pepper, salt and mayonnaise.
Mix and place the salad on a plate using a serving ring.
Sprinkle a thick layer of hard cheese on top. Insist the dish before serving for 1.5-2 hours in the refrigerator.
