While Hawaiian poke is served in famous restaurants around the world, we will prepare this exquisite and super-healthy overseas dish at home. Minimum heat treatment of products = maximum benefit and natural taste. I am happy to share the recipe.
Ingredients
- Fig - 200 g
- Tuna (fillet) – 500 g
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Avocado - 2 pcs.
- Cucumbers - 2 pcs.
- Red cabbage - 100 g
- Sesame - 2 tsp.
- Ground Ginger - 2 tsp.
- Soy sauce - 4 tsp.
- Sesame oil - 2 tbsp.l.
- Honey - 4 tsp.
- Rice vinegar - 3 tsp.
- Lime juice - 30 ml
- Orange juice (freshly squeezed) – 60 ml
- Soy sauce - 60 ml
- Honey - 1 tsp.
- Water - 2 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Prepare the sauce: mix all the ingredients, mix well.
Rinse the rice under running water and boil until tender.
For the marinade, mix sesame oil, honey and soy sauce in a small container.
Cut tuna fillet into large pieces, add chopped garlic, ginger and sesame seeds. Pour over the marinade so that the fish pieces are evenly covered with the mixture.
Cut avocado and cucumbers into slices, chop cabbage.
Put the rice in 4 deep plates, add tuna fillets, cucumbers, avocado and cabbage.
Pour the prepared sauce over the poke and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
