This salad has two advantages at once – it is very tasty and very effective. And yet – it is easy to prepare, despite the external complexity. It turns out quite an exquisite snack with mussels, other seafood and fragrant cilantro.
Ingredients
- Mussels - 250 g
- Shrimp - 250 g
- Squid - 2 carcasses
- Cucumbers - 1 piece
- Carrots - 2 pieces
- Salad mix - 2 handfuls
- Cilantro - 1 handful
- Bell pepper - 1 piece
- Balsamic vinegar - 2 tbsp.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Fry the mussels and shrimp over high heat until lightly browned.
Boil the squid in boiling water for 2-3 minutes and thinly slice.
Grate the cucumber and carrot on a Korean grater, thinly slice the pepper.
Add the salad mix and cilantro, and pour the salad with balsamic.
