Today I will tell you a great recipe for meat salad. Cooking it is incredibly simple. I prefer to fry chicken with spices, but it can also be cooked with boiled or baked fillets. A stunningly delicious and satisfying dish!

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Wash the chicken fillet, dry it and cut it into small pieces.

Sprinkle with salt, spices and leave for 10-15 minutes at room temperature.

Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and fry the fillets until tender.

Chop cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, grapes and peeled purple onions.

Mix chicken fillet, vegetables, olives, grapes, arugula and watercress.

Add salt, ground pepper, paprika and mix.

In a separate container, mix Greek yogurt and garlic passed through a press.

Put the salad on a plate and add the yogurt dressing.
