Salads with celery stalk will not surprise anyone. What about the root? After all, it is also delicious, healthy and very spicy. I suggest combining it with mushrooms, herbs and bell pepper, and I will tell you more in the recipe later.

- Mushrooms - 300 g
- Bell pepper - 2 pieces
- Tomatoes - 2 pieces
- Celery root - 1 piece
- Garlic - 2 clove
- Greenery - 0.5 beam
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
- Olive oil - 2 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash and peel the mushrooms, fry them until tender. For example, for chanterelles it is about 15 minutes.
Rub the celery root or cut it into strips.
Pepper and tomatoes are also cut into strips, and finely chop the herbs and garlic.
Mix the salad, season and drizzle with olive oil.
