- Mussels - 300 g
- Soy sauce - 1 art.l.
- Tomatoes - 3-4 pieces
- Capers - 2 tbsp.l .
- Olives - 1 handful
- Bow purple - 1 piece
- Olive oil - 2 art.l.
- Pesto sauce - 3 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Fry the mussels until browned over high heat and pour soy sauce over them.
Coarsely chop tomatoes, chop onions and add capers with olives.
Season the salad with the remaining butter and pesto sauce.
