- Beef - 350 g
- Arugula - 150 g
- Parmesan - 100 g
- Balsamic vinegar - 2 tbsp.l .
- Sea salt - 0.5 tsp.
- A mixture of peppers with peas (ground) – 0.5 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Fry the beef in one piece, season with salt and pepper, and cut into strips.
Cut the parmesan into thin plates with a special grater or vegetable peeler.
Put the cheese and beef on arugula and pour balsamic.
