- Beef - 300 g
- Bell pepper - 2 pieces
- Cherry tomatoes - 4-6 pieces
- Salad mix - 2 handfuls
- Capers - 2 art.l.
- Soy sauce - 2 tbsp.l.
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the beef into plates and fry on both sides.
Separately cut into strips and fry the pepper until soft.
Add salad mix, cherry halves and capers.
Pour soy sauce over the salad and season to taste.
