For this recipe, I recommend using large peeled shrimp. For convenience, you can leave the tails – but this is as anyone likes. They are perfectly combined with sweet bell peppers and spicy mushrooms.
Ingredients
- Shrimp - 250 g
- Mushrooms - 200 g
- Bell pepper - 2 pieces
- Chili pepper - 2 pieces
- Onion - 1 piece
- Carrots - 1 piece
- Soy sauce - 2 art.l.
- Lemon juice - 2 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil the peeled shrimp until tender.
Chop the mushrooms with onions and fry for 5-7 minutes on medium heat.
Add sliced carrot and sliced pepper strips. Fry for another 5-7 minutes.
Remove from heat, add chili and shrimp and stir the salad.
Season with soy sauce and sprinkle with lemon juice. You can decorate with greenery if desired.
