Ingredients
For salad:
- Chicken fillet - 1 piece
- Pineapple - 200 g
- Bell pepper - 1 piece
- Chili pepper - 1 piece
- Peking cabbage - 0.5 head
- Carrots - 2 pieces
- Greenery - 0.5 beam
- Corn - 200 g
- Sesame - 2 art.l.
- Spices and seasonings (for chicken) – 1 tsp.
For Dressing:
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the chicken into strips, roll it in spices and fry.
Chop the Peking cabbage, grate the carrots on a Korean grater and cut the pepper into strips.
Chop the remaining ingredients and mix the salad.
Mix yogurt with crushed garlic, curry and turmeric.
Pour the dressing over the salad and sprinkle with sesame seeds. You can decorate it with a pineapple circle.
