For this salad, you will need as many leafy vegetables as possible. It is based on Peking cabbage, but feel free to add iceberg, lettuce and other greens. And also – some fresh vegetables and fragrant toasted beef.
Ingredients
- Beef - 400 g
- Peking cabbage - 1 head
- Cucumbers - 4 pieces
- Tomatoes - 2-4 pieces
- Greenery - 1 bundle
- Soy sauce - 2 tbsp.l.
- Olive oil - 2 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the beef and fry until tender.
Chop the Peking cabbage and herbs. Cut cucumbers into thin strips, and tomatoes into slices.
Put the salad on plates and season with olive oil and soy sauce.
