Mayonnaise is perhaps the most harmful and greasy ingredient of olivier, especially store-bought. But it is very easy to abandon it. For example, you can replace it with sour cream. And what to add to it for taste and color – I will tell you further in the recipe.

- Chicken fillet - 300 g
- Carrots - 2 pieces
- Potatoes - 3 pieces
- Chicken eggs - 3 pieces
- Capers - 2 art.l.
- Green peas - 150 g
- Pickled cucumbers - 2 pieces
- Cucumbers - 2 pieces
- Onion - 1 piece
- Sour cream - 200 g
- Mustard - 1 art.l.
- Turmeric - 2 pinches
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil the chicken, carrots, potatoes and eggs until tender. Cool it down.
Cut everything into small cubes, and only chop the onion even smaller.
Add the peas and capers.
For dressing, mix sour cream with mustard and turmeric.
