Very simple and delicious salad. For cooking, use small champignons. With them, the dish turns out much more beautiful. Spices and salt should be added with caution. It is quite possible that they may not be needed at all.
Ingredients
- Champignons (pickled) – 250 g
- Korean carrots - 200 g
- Bow purple - 1 piece
- Vegetable oil - 30 ml
- Lemon juice - 1 art.l.
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Sugar - 0,5 tsp.
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Peel the purple onion from the husk and chop it.
Add lemon juice, sugar and mix.
Mix Korean carrots, pickled mushrooms and onions.
Add salt, ground pepper to taste and season the salad with oil. You can add sesame seeds, herbs or green onions.
