- Chicken liver - 400 g
- Cherry tomatoes - 200 g
- Salad mix - 300 g
- Vegetable oil - 4 tbsp.l .
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Cranberries - 300 g
- Honey (liquid) – 3 art.l.
- Orange juice - 100 ml
- Cardamom (ground) – 0.25 tsp.
- Ground cinnamon - 0,25 tsp.
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Rinse the chicken liver, peel off the films and dry it thoroughly.
Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan, lay out the liver and fry until tender. Season with salt and pepper before turning it off.
Chop the cherry tomatoes and the cooled liver.
Place the washed cranberries in a saucepan and pour orange juice.
Bring the mixture to a boil and simmer for 10-15 minutes.
Add spices, salt, honey and turn off after 1 minute.
Chop the sauce with an immersion blender and cool.
Mix chicken liver, salad mix and tomatoes. Add a little salt and ground pepper.
Put the salad on a plate and pour over the berry sauce.
