If you want to surprise your loved ones and guests – be sure to try to cook this salad with salmon and strawberries. The fish can be crushed, but I prefer to spread it in a whole piece. If desired, sprinkle the salad with balsamic or spicy teriyaki sauce.
Ingredients
- Salmon - 360 g
- Spinach - 1 bundle
- Salad mix - 80 g
- Goat cheese - 100 g
- Strawberries - 150 g
- Nuts - 1 handful
- Olive oil - 1 art.l.
- Lemon juice - 1 tsp.
- Sea salt - 1 pinch
- Ground pink pepper - 0,5 tsp.
- Ground black pepper - 1 pinch
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Sprinkle the salmon pieces with lemon juice, season with salt and black pepper and fry in a small amount of olive oil for about 6-7 minutes.
Cut the strawberries into halves, crumble the goat cheese and thoroughly rinse all the greens.
Beautifully put the salad on plates and sprinkle with chopped nuts.
Season the dish with ground pink pepper or other spices to taste.
