I have many variations of olivier salad in stock, and such a recipe with tuna would rightfully be among the most original. Moreover, you can take tuna in its own juice or in oil – depending on whether you want fewer calories or a more delicate taste.
Ingredients
- Tuna (canned) – 200 g
- Potatoes - 150 g
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Apples - 100 g
- Green peas - 100 g
- Carrots - 150 g
- Pickled cucumbers - 150 g
- Mayonnaise (lean) – 100 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil potatoes, carrots and eggs. Let them cool down.
Cut the ingredients for the olivier into cubes. Break the tuna with a fork.
Add peas to the salad and season it with lean mayonnaise.
