- Mushrooms (pickled) – 150 g
- Pumpkin - 150 g
- Arugula - 2 handfuls
- Strawberries - 4 pieces
- Hot red pepper - 1 pinch
- Salt - 1 pinch
- Ground black pepper - 1 pinch
- Lemon juice - 2 tsp.
- Olive oil - 1 tbsp.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Slice the pumpkin and put it in the oven for 15-20 minutes at 180 degrees.
Cut the mushrooms into plates and put them with pumpkin on arugula leaves.
Chop the strawberries with a blender and add spices and lemon juice with oil.
Pour strawberry sauce over the salad in glasses.
