Chicken with mushrooms is such a familiar combination that it is already extremely difficult to surprise them. But this recipe will cope with such a task. Its main highlight is dressing with Dijon mustard instead of the usual high–calorie mayonnaise.
Ingredients
- Chicken fillet - 1 piece
- Mushrooms - 250 g
- Chicken eggs - 3 pieces
- Onion - 1 piece
- Pineapple (canned) – 200 g
- Yogurt - 100 ml
- Dijon mustard - 1 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil the chicken fillet and boil the eggs separately.
Chop the mushrooms with onions and fry until the liquid evaporates.
Chop the remaining ingredients and mix the salad.
For dressing, mix yogurt with Dijon mustard.
