The classic layered salad will come in handy during any festive feast. This time I suggest cooking it with smoked chicken and prunes. You will also need Bulgarian pepper, eggs, cheese and herbs.
Ingredients
- Smoked chicken - 350 g
- Chicken eggs - 4 pieces
- Cheese - 150 g
- Prunes - 100 g
- Bell pepper - 1 piece
- Dill - 0.5 beam
- Mayonnaise - 4 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Soak the prunes in hot water for 5 minutes and dry.
Boil the eggs and cut into small cubes.
Cut chicken, prunes and pepper into the same small cubes. Chop the dill and grate the cheese.
Lay out layers of chicken, mayonnaise, eggs, cheese, mayonnaise, pepper, prunes, cheese and herbs.
Decorate the salad with prune slices.
