This salad is hardly light and dietary, but it is very satisfying. It will easily replace the main course for lunch or dinner and is suitable if you like dense protein breakfasts. Oddly enough, boiled chicken goes well with fried bacon. A great recipe when there's a little bit of everything left in the fridge.
Ingredients
- Chicken fillet - 1 piece
- Bacon - 100 g
- Crackers - 60 g
- Salad mix - 120 g
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil the chicken until tender and cut into arbitrary pieces or divide into fibers.
Chop the bacon and fry in a dry frying pan until browned.
Wash the salad leaves, put the chicken and bacon on top and sprinkle with crackers.
Season the salad to taste. But you can do without refueling – fat bacon is enough.
