This recipe can be safely called native Italian. Mozzarella, tomatoes, arugula and thin slices of beef are a great combination in their simplicity. When serving, instead of olive oil, I advise you to use balsamic.
Ingredients
- Beef - 300 g
- Sea salt - 0.5 tsp.
- Ground black pepper - 1 pinch
- Arugula - 2 handfuls
- Cherry tomatoes - 8 pieces
- Mozzarella - 160 g
- Nuts (cedar) – 2 art.l.
- Balsamic vinegar - 2 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Fry the beef so that it remains pink inside, season with salt, pepper and cut into plates.
Cut the cherry into quarters and the mozzarella into slices.
Beautifully put the ingredients on plates and sprinkle with pine nuts.
Pour balsamic vinegar over the salad.
