Despite the fact that mayonnaise is used in the recipe, the salad still turns out to be light. My family just adores him, so he prepares unconditionally for all holidays. A more tender version of the salad is obtained with quail eggs.
Ingredients
- Red Fish (lightly salted) – 200 g
- Avocado (ripe) – 1 piece
- Chicken eggs (boiled) – 3 pieces
- Cucumbers - 3 pieces
- Mayonnaise - 3 art.l.
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut red fish and cucumbers into cubes.
Peel and chop the eggs and avocado.
Mix everything, add ground pepper, salt and season with mayonnaise.
The finished dish can be decorated with fresh herbs or salad leaves.
