This salad fully corresponds to its name. Appetizing, beautiful and satisfying, it is able to turn any meal into a real holiday. I cook with pike caviar, it's delicious and inexpensive. You can add any one you like.
Ingredients
- Red Fish (low salt) – 250 g
- Quail eggs (boiled) – 6 pieces
- Pike caviar - 1 tbsp.l .
- Capers - 2 tsp.
- Olives (without a bone) – 100 g
- Greenery (any) – 20 g
- Lemon juice - 2 tsp.
- Corn oil - 3 art.l.
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop red fish, greens and peeled quail eggs.
Mix everything, add capers, olives, ground pepper and salt.
Season the salad with oil, lemon juice and mix gently.
Put the salad on a nice plate and add pike caviar.
