This is my favorite chicken and vegetable salad for kids. Firstly, due to the harmonious and balanced composition. And secondly, it is very easy and pleasant to experiment with serving and decorations. Young gourmets will be delighted!
Ingredients
- Chicken fillet - 1 piece
- Pineapple - 200 g
- Bell pepper - 1 piece
- Cherry tomatoes - 160 g
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Green peas - 100 g
- Sesame - 1 art.l.
- Nuts - 1 handful
- Yogurt - 100 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil the eggs and chicken. If desired, the chicken can be baked in foil.
Cut all the ingredients into approximately the same pieces and mix.
Season the salad with yogurt, sprinkle with lettuce and sesame seeds, and garnish to taste.
