Asians often prepare salads from funchosa. It can be mixed with vegetables, meat, seafood or canned food. Let's try to cook such a dish. All vegetables, except beans, are used raw. If desired, they can be boiled a little.
Ingredients
- Pork (boiled) – 250 g
- Funchosa - 100 g
- Broccoli - 200 g
- Bell pepper (different colors) – 2 pieces
- String beans - 150 g
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Lemon juice - 2 art.l.
- Soy sauce - 1 art.l.
- Vegetable oil - 60 ml
- Ground ginger - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Water (boiling water) – 1 l
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Pour the funchosa with boiling water and cover for 5 minutes.
Flip the noodles into a colander and leave all the liquid to drain.
Chop pork, bell pepper and string beans.
Divide the broccoli into small inflorescences. Cut too large.
Lightly brown the string beans in a preheated frying pan with oil.
Mix the funchosa, pork, broccoli, string beans and bell pepper.
Separately mix soy sauce, lemon juice, ground ginger, salt, remaining oil and garlic passed through the press.
Pour the dressing into the salad, mix and set aside for 30 minutes.
