Ingredients
- Meat (boiled) – 350 g
- String beans - 250 g
- Cherry tomatoes - 150 g
- Bow purple - 2 pieces
- Lemon juice - 2 tsp.
- Olive oil - 3 tbsp.l.
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the string beans and cut into small pieces.
Boil the beans in boiling water for 5 minutes and put them in a colander.
Sprinkle the slightly cooled beans with lemon juice and mix gently.
Chop the meat, cherry tomatoes and peeled onions.
Mix everything, add salt and ground pepper to taste.
Season the salad with olive oil and mix gently.
