A quick casual salad in Italian style will appeal to lovers of canned beans. It goes well with parmesan, and also with juicy and fragrant cherry tomatoes. There is almost no need for spices – salt and pepper are enough.
Ingredients
- Beans - 1 bank
- Parmesan - 80 g
- Cherry tomatoes - 240 g
- Arugula - 120 g
- Olive oil - 2 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the cherry into quarters and rub the parmesan into plates.
Drain the liquid from the beans and rinse it if desired.
Add the arugula, stir in the salad and season with olive oil.
