Traditionally, home holidays are accompanied by lavish feasts. But often you want to add a few new dishes to the usual menu, so I advise you to try this salad recipe. It will pleasantly surprise you with unusual taste combinations and beauty.
Ingredients
- Spinach - 150 g
- Salad mix - 50 g
- Pear - 2 pieces
- Cheese Dor Blue - 150 g
- Cranberries (dried) – 2 art.l.
- Walnuts - handful
- Lemon juice - 1 tsp.
- Olive oil - 2 tbsp.l.
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the spinach and salad mix, shake it off and spread it out on a towel to dry.
Cut the pear into thin slices, the cheese into small pieces.
Dry the walnuts for a couple of minutes in a frying pan or in the oven.
In a wide salad bowl, mix spinach, salad mix, pear, cheese, cranberries and nuts.
Add salt, ground pepper, olive oil and lemon juice. Gently mix with salad tongs and serve.
