Wash the shrimp with boiling water, cool and peel off the shells.
Melt the butter, add the shrimp and fry for 2 minutes on each side. Sprinkle with oregano and ground pepper.
Peel the avocado, slice and sprinkle with lemon juice.
Remove the cherry tomatoes from the twig and cut in half.
In a wide salad bowl, mix shrimp, avocado, tomatoes and capers.
Add salt, ground pepper, corn oil and mix gently.
Put the finished salad on plates and sprinkle with micro-greenery.
