In the blueberry season, by all means prepare this wonderful salad. It is without exaggeration called exquisite. Poultry, pork or beef can be used as the main ingredient. Boil it in advance, fry and chop it.
Ingredients
- Chicken fillet (boiled) – 400 g
- Feta - 150 g
- Korean carrots - 100 g
- Arugula - 200 g
- Blueberries - 1 glass
- Almond petals - 1 tbsp.l.
- Olive oil - 3 art.l.
- Vegetable oil - 2 art.l.
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Put the fillets in a preheated frying pan with vegetable oil and brown well on both sides.
Mix arugula, fried chicken, Korean carrots and crumbled feta.
Add salt, ground pepper, blueberries, olive oil and mix gently.
Put the finished salad on a plate and sprinkle with almond petals.
