- Pickled mushrooms - 350 g
- Carrots (boiled) – 200 g
- Chicken eggs (boiled) – 4 pieces
- Mayonnaise - 100 ml
- Garlic - 2 clove
- Ground black pepper - to taste

Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the pickled mushrooms into small pieces.
Peel the eggs from the shell, divide into whites and yolks.
Grate the peeled carrots, whites and yolks.
Mix mayonnaise with crushed garlic.
Using a cooking ring, lay out the mushrooms, carrots and yolks in layers. After each layer, add salt, pepper and mayonnaise.
Mix the proteins with the remaining mayonnaise and lay out the top layer. Before serving, let the salad stand in the refrigerator for 1.5-2 hours.
