Add salt to boiling water, add egg noodles and cook for 5 minutes.

Flip the noodles into a colander and mix with a little oil.

Grate the zucchini on a special grater.

Add vinegar, ground ginger, salt, garlic passed through the press and the remaining oil.

Mix noodles, Korean carrots and zucchini. Put the salad in the refrigerator for 40-60 minutes.
