Ingredients
- Herring (finished fillet) – 200 g
- Salmon (lightly salted) – 100 g
- Beetroot (boiled) – 200 g
- Potatoes (boiled) – 3 pieces
- Chicken eggs (boiled) – 2 pieces
- Carrots (boiled) – 150 g
- Onion - 2 pieces
- Mayonnaise - 180 ml
- Parsley - 1 twig
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the herring, salmon and peeled onion into small pieces.
Peel boiled vegetables and eggs, grate on a coarse grater.
Put a layer of potatoes on a wide dish. Pepper, salt and smear with mayonnaise.
Spread salmon, carrots, herring and onions on top. Add salt, pepper and mayonnaise again.
Lay out the eggs, sprinkle with salt, pepper and cover with beetroot mixed with mayonnaise.
Decorate the finished salad with a carrot flower and herbs. Put it in the refrigerator for 2 hours so that all the ingredients are soaked.
