To make such a simple homemade salad with mushrooms more interesting, I use knives for curly cutting of ingredients. Even banal potatoes in this form looks much nicer. I tell you what else to add!
Ingredients
- Potatoes - 4 pieces
- Mushrooms - 250 g
- Carrots - 2 pieces
- Bell pepper - 1 piece
- Leek - 1 piece
- Olive oil - 2 tbsp.l.
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil or bake the potatoes until tender and cut into cubes.
Together with the potatoes, cook the carrots and cut into thin cubes.
Coarsely chop the mushrooms and fry until the liquid evaporates in olive oil.
Add chopped pepper and thinly sliced leeks to the mushrooms, and fry for a couple more minutes.
Mix the salad and season to taste.
