Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the spinach and shake it well from the water.
Peel oranges, white films, disassemble into slices and cut.
Peel the purple onion and cut it into half rings.
Mix spinach, oranges, onions, sesame seeds and chia seeds.
Add salt, olive oil and mix.
