Sometimes you should pamper yourself with delicious even for a special occasion. For example, you can prepare an appetizing salad of red fish, arugula and pineapple. The dish turns out to be beautiful, tasty and very useful. If desired, you can add sesame or flax seeds.

Ingredients

  • Red Fish (lightly salted) – 200 g
  • Arugula - 30 g
  • Pineapple (canned) – 150 g
  • Ground black pepper - to taste
  • Salt - to taste
  • Olive oil - 2 art.l.
  • Lemon juice - 1 tsp.

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Cut the red fish into thin slices.

Wash the arugula, shake it off and put it on a towel to dry.

Cut the canned pineapple into small pieces.

Mix arugula, red fish and pineapples.

Add lemon juice, oil, salt and ground pepper. Gently mix the salad with special tongs.
