I prefer to cook healthy salads. My recent favorite was a salad with squid and seaweed. It is prepared simply and quickly, and all the necessary ingredients can be bought at any large store. Let's cook soon!
Ingredients
- Squid (boiled) – 250 g
- Sea cabbage - 200 g
- Bow purple - 1 piece
- Olive oil - 3 tbsp.l.
- Wine vinegar - 1 tsp.
- Ground coriander - to taste
- Sugar - 0,5 tsp.
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Peel the purple onion from the husk, slice and rinse.
Mix the onion with sugar, salt, wine vinegar and ground coriander. Cover with a lid and leave to marinate for 15 minutes.
Cut boiled squid into strips.
Mix seaweed, squid and pickled onion.
Add olive oil and stir.
